Zero Balance Account (ZBA)

As a business owner, time is of the essence. That is why this is a great account for businesses who have several sub-accounts, as it can tie the balances of all your accounts to a main account to streamline bookkeeping and possibly invest total funds available. The ZBA will transfer all funds from the sub-accounts into the main operating account of the business, therefore, carrying a zero balance. When items on the ZBA need paid, the main operating account will transfer enough funds to cover items presented. This account is used mainly by State and Municipal businesses.

Visual Archive CD

Receive your monthly paid check images on a CD, including the fronts and backs of each item. The CD will aid in helping you to balance your checkbook, conduct research and print copies of checks.

Merchant Services

Generic works in partnership with Merchant Service providing Payment Processing for you, our business customer. This program offers dedicated Merchant Activation and Training Personnel, which includes:

  • Equipment
  • Credit/Debit Processing
  • Check Verification
  • Gift Cards

Account Reconciliation

This is an automated service to help balance your checking account(s), which will virtually eliminate clerical work needed to reconcile your company’s business accounts. It can be used for the following types of business checking accounts:

  • Multiple Checking Accounts
  • High Volume Checking Accounts
  • Internal Official Checking Accounts

Electronic Date Interchange (EDI) Statement

Your business's Account Receivable statement is a convenient report, detailing it's addenda information on an ACH credit to your business account(s). This statement supplies you with specific details such as invoice number, amount or word message, which the sender of the transaction entered in EDI format.
