An excellent tool for managing escrow funds for your clients, it allows funds to be deposited into a single master account, eliminating the need to maintain separate accounts for each escrow deposit. Generic can help you establish and track escrow sub-accounts. Monthly individual statements for each sub-account show all account balances and transactions. IRS reporting is provided by Generic and 1099’s for each sub-account are mailed directly to each of your clients.
